Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and method for detecting a bonding defect occurring between a battery cell and a busbar which are connected by wire through ultrasonic bonding, in which data formed by collecting ultrasonic bonding parameters by time are learned using machine learning of a convolutional neural network, and then, a bonding defect is detected on the basis thereof.
