Abstract:
The present invention determines a stable and adaptive speech-speed conversion factor even when background noise and voices are mixed. A device (1a) for the determination of a speech-speed conversion factor is provided with a physical indicator calculation unit (2) that outputs a sample value for the approximate form of a fundamental frequency as a physical indicator, and that has: a sound/no-sound determining unit (102) for discriminating between the sound segments and no-sound segments of an input signal; a fundamental frequency calculation unit (104) for calculating the fundamental frequency of the input signal and for determining stable segments and unstable segments in the sound segments; a frequency smoothing unit (106) for smoothing the change over time of the fundamental frequency in stable segments; a pseudo fundamental frequency calculation unit (108) for calculating a pseudo fundamental frequency in which the fundamental frequency is interpolated in the unstable segments and the no-sound segments; and a fundamental frequency approximate form linking unit (110) for connecting the smoothed fundamental frequency and the pseudo fundamental frequency to obtain the sample value for the approximate form of the fundamental frequency. The device (1a) for the determination of a speech-speed conversion factor is further provided with a speech-speed conversion designation unit (120) that calculates a speech-speed conversion factor on the basis of the physical indicator.
