Abstract:
The invention relates to a purification of drinking water in particular to electrochemical purifiers and can be used for water purification at home, in the field, in public services. The inventive device comprises an electrolyzing unit equipped with a package of soluble electrodes and a floater which is mounted directly above the electrolyzing unit. An aperture of the electrolyzing unit matches an aperture embodied in the bottom of the floater. A filtering diaphragm is arranged along the walls of the floater and forms, with the walls, a closed cavity used for collecting the purified water. The wall of the floater is provided in the cavity with an aperture for evacuating the purified water from the cavity and an aperture is embodied in the lid of the floater for evacuating gases and residuum.
