Abstract:
Provided are a device for estimating the state of a secondary battery, and a battery pack comprising the device. The device comprises: a terminal case which comprises, on a first surface, a positive electrode lead, a negative electrode lead, a first measurement lead and a plurality of inner terminals each able to make contact with a second measurement lead, and, on a second surface that faces the first surface, a plurality of outer terminals able to be respectively electrically connected to the inner terminals; a voltage measurement unit which can be electrically connected to at least two terminals among the plurality of outer terminals, and which measures the potential difference between the first measurement lead and the second measurement lead; and a control unit which uses the potential difference to estimate the state of deterioration of the secondary battery.
