Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for extracting a coffee liquid using centrifugal force, the device being characterized by comprising: a fixed case having a through-hole formed to penetrate the center thereof vertically; a raw material supply member inserted through the through-hole of the fixed case and installed therein, the raw material supply member having a channel formed therein such that coffee powder and hot water are introduced; a stator comprising cores formed on the fixed case at a predetermined interval along the circumferential direction and coils wound around the cores such that power is applied thereto; a rotating case installed on the lower side of the fixed case to be able to rotate with regard to the fixed case, the rotating case having a filter containing space provided therein so as to communicate with the through-hole of the fixed case, and the rotating case having an extraction opening formed to penetrate the same such that one end thereof communicates with the filter containing space and the other end thereof communicates with the outside; a mixing member comprising an introduction portion installed inside the filter containing space of the rotating case so as to communicate with the channel of the raw material supply member and a mixing portion configured in a cylindrical shape so as to have an upper surface communicating with the lower portion of the introduction portion and to have an open side portion, the mixing portion being arranged inside the filter containing space so as to contain the coffee powder and hot water introduced through the introduction portion; and a filter installed inside the filter containing space of the rotating case between the side portion of the mixing portion and the extraction opening such that the coffee powder is not allowed to pass, but only the liquid is allowed to pass.
