DEVICE FOR FIXING LIVE BUTTERFLY

[Technical Field]

The present invention relates to a device for fixing a live butterfly, and more particularly, to a live butterfly fixing device which can make a live butterfly fixed to natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., to thereby make people feel animation of the live butterfly.

[Background Art]

In general, various kinds of ornamental articles are being used in order to produce an indoor atmosphere. Ornaments which are decorated using wood or which are artificially fabricated are chiefly being used. As a representative example, ornaments which fix a respective decorative butterfly to natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., have been known.

That is, a decorative butterfly is obtained by printing a pattern of a butterfly on a synthetic resin film and is attached in a flat form on an object to be decorated. A pin, a clip, etc., is attached on the bottom of a butterfly body, so as to be stuck into an object to be decorated such as natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc. However, since the conventional art technology uses a

decorative butterfly instead of a live butterfly, there is no animation. As a result, as time passes, such a decorative butterfly- may cause people to feel a repugnance easily.

In addition, when a user tries to fix the decorative butterfly to an object to be decorated, using a pin, clip, etc., by hand, he or she may get pierced or hurt by a sharp-pointed portion of the pin, clip, etc.

[Disclosure] [Technical Problem]

To solve the above problems, it is an object of the present invention to provide a live butterfly fixing device which can make a live butterfly fixed to natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., to thereby make people feel animation of the live butterfly, and to thus improve a decoration effect.

It is another object of the present invention to provide a live butterfly fixing device which can be easily attached to or detached from an object to be decorated such as natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., to thereby make it possible for anyone to easily use the live butterfly fixing device.

[Technical Solution]

To accomplish the above objects of the present invention, according to an aspect of the present invention, there is provided a device for fixing a live butterfly, the live butterfly fixing

device comprising: a fixing device body whose front and rear portions are opened so that a part of a live butterfly body passes through the opened front and rear portions of the fixing device body, wherein the fixing device body comprises guide holes which are formed at both sides of the fixing device body, respectively, U-shaped cut lines which are respectively formed at the upper and lower portions of the rear side of the fixing device body, a grip piece which is formed by cutting the fixing device body by the U-shaped cut lines, and an adhesive which is coated on one side of the lower portion of the fixing device body to thus attach a metal piece thereon; a control ring which is fitted with the rear portion of the fixing device body and is gripped by the grip piece; and a magnet which is attached to the metal piece of the fixing device body by a magnetic force so as to support the fixing device body.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a device for fixing a live butterfly, the live butterfly fixing device comprising: a fixing device body whose front and rear portions are opened so that a part of a live butterfly body passes through the opened front and rear portions of the fixing device body, wherein the fixing device body comprises guide holes which are formed at both sides of the fixing device body, respectively, stoppers which are respectively protrudingly formed at the upper and lower portions

of the rear side of the fixing device body, and an adhesive which is coated on one side of the lower portion of the fixing device body to thus attach a metal piece thereon; a control ring which is fitted with the rear portion of the fixing device body and is stopped by the stoppers; and a magnet which is attached to the metal piece of the fixing device body by a magnetic force so as to support the fixing device body.

Preferably but not necessarily, the fixing device body is made of any one of synthetic resin and metal having an elastic property.

[Advantageous Effects]

The present invention provides a device for fixing a live butterfly, and provides an effect of improving decorative effectiveness by using the live butterfly fixing device which enables a user to make a live butterfly fixed to natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., to thereby make people feel animation of the live butterfly.

In addition, the live butterfly fixing device according to the present invention can be easily to be attached to and detached from an object to be decorated, to thus provide an effect of enabling a user to easily use the live butterfly fixing device.

The above and/or other objects and/or advantages of the present invention will become more apparent by the following description. According to an embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a device for fixing a live butterfly. The live butterfly fixing device includes: a fixing device body 1 whose front and rear portions are opened so that a part of a live butterfly body passes through the opened front and rear portions of the fixing device body 1, in which the fixing device body 1 includes guide

holes 11 which are formed at both sides of the fixing device body, respectively, U-shaped cut lines 12 which are respectively formed at the upper and lower portions of the rear side of the fixing device body 1, a grip piece 13 which is formed by cutting the fixing device body by the U-shaped cut lines 12, and an adhesive which is coated on one side of the lower portion of the fixing device body to thus attach a metal piece 14 thereon; a control ring 2 which is fitted with the rear portion of the fixing device body 1 and is gripped by the grip piece 13; and a magnet 3 which is attached to the metal piece of the fixing device body 1 by a magnetic force so as to support the fixing device body 1.

According to another aspect of the present invention, there is also provided a device for fixing a live butterfly. The live butterfly fixing device includes: a fixing device body 1 whose front and rear portions are opened so that a part of a live butterfly body 1 passes through the opened front and rear portions of the fixing device body 1, in which the fixing device body 1 includes guide holes 11 which are formed at both sides of the fixing device body 1, respectively, stoppers 15 which are respectively protrudingly formed at the upper and lower portions of the rear side of the fixing device body 1, and an adhesive which is coated on one side of the lower portion of the fixing device body 1 to thus attach a metal piece 14 thereon; a control ring 2 which is fitted with the rear portion of the fixing device body 1 and is stopped by the stoppers 15; and a magnet 3 which is attached to

the metal piece of the fixing device body 1 by a magnetic force so as to support the fixing device body 1.

According to these embodiment of the present invention, the fixing device body 1 is made of any one of synthetic resin and metal having an elastic property.

Hereinbelow, the live butterfly fixing device having the above-described structures according to the respective exemplary embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a device for fixing a live butterfly according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG.2 is a separated perspective view showing the device for fixing a live butterfly according to the embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a device for fixing a live butterfly is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. The live butterfly fixing device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes: a fixing device body 1; a control ring 2; and a magnet 3. Front and rear portions of the fixing device body 1 are opened so that a part of a live butterfly body passes through the opened front and rear portions of the fixing device body. The fixing device body 1 includes: guide holes 11 which are formed at both sides of the fixing device body 1, respectively; U-shaped cut lines 12 which are respectively formed at the upper and lower portions

of the rear side of the fixing device body 1; a grip piece 13 which is formed by cutting the fixing device body 1 by the U-shaped cut lines 12; and an adhesive which is coated on one side of the lower portion of the fixing device body to thus attach a metal piece 14 thereon.

The control ring 2 is fitted with the rear portion of the fixing device body 1 and is gripped by the grip piece 13.

The magnet 3 is attached to the metal piece 14 of the fixing device body 1 by a magnetic force so as to support the fixing device body 1.

The fixing device body 1 is formed in a circular or rectangular ' ^• shape. Preferably, the fixing device body 1 is circularly formed. '\ The fixing device body 1 is made of an elastic synthetic resinv material . The metal piece 14 is attached on the bottom of the fixing device body 1, using an adhesive or adhesion film.

Meanwhile, the fixing device body 1 may be made of a metallic material. In the case that the fixing device body 1 is made of a metallic material, the magnet 3 may be attached to the fixing device body 1, without employing the metal piece 14.

The control ring 2 controls the rear side of the opened fixing device body 1 after the fixing device body 1 has been coupled with a part of a butterfly body, to thus prevent secession of the fixing device body 1 from the butterfly. The control ring 2 is formed equally with shape of the fixing device body 1 so as to be fitted

with the rear portion of the fixing device body 1. Further, the control ring 2 may be made of the same material as that of the fixing device body 1. The control ring 2 is fitted with the rear portion of the fixing device body 1 made of an elastic material, and is gripped by the grip piece 13 of the fixing device body 1.

The magnet 3 may be preferably formed in a circular or rectangular shape. In addition, size and shape of the magnet 3 are not limited to a certain particular form. That is, the magnet 3 may be formed in various kinds of sizes and shapes.

Prior to describing a device for fixing a live butterfly . ^■ according to another embodiment of the present invention, it is assumed that the remaining components except for stoppers to be described later in the live butterfly fixing device according to another embodiment of the present invention are same as those of the above-described previous embodiment of the present invention. Referring to FIG. 4, a device for fixing a live butterfly is also provided according to another embodiment of the present invention. The live butterfly fixing device according to another embodiment of the present invention also includes: a fixing device body 1; a control ring 2; and a magnet 3. Front and rear portions of the fixing device body 1 are opened

so that a part of a live butterfly body passes through the opened front and rear portions of the fixing device body. The fixing device body 1 includes: guide holes 11 which are formed at both sides of the fixing device body 1, respectively; stoppers 15 which are respectively protrudingly formed at the upper and lower portions of the rear side of the fixing device body 1; and an adhesive which is coated on one side of the lower portion of the fixing device body 1 to thus attach a metal piece 14 thereon.

The control ring 2 is fitted with the rear portion of the fixing device body 1 and is stopped by the stoppers 15, to thus prevent .. secession of the fixing device body 1 from the butterfly.

The magnet 3 is attached to the metal piece 14 of the fixing , device body 1 by a magnetic force so as to support the fixing device •>, body 1. Likewise, the fixing device body 1 is also made of any one of synthetic resin and metal having an elastic property.

Hereinbelow, a state of using a live butterfly fixing device according to the embodiments of this invention will be described with reference to FIG. 3. FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing a state of using the device for fixing a live butterfly according to the embodiment of the present invention.

As illustrated in FIG. 3, the live butterfly fixing device which can fix a live butterfly according to the present invention is used to fix the live butterfly to natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., to thereby make people feel animation of the

live butterfly.

For the purpose of using the live butterfly fixing device according to the present invention, a user inserts a live butterfly- body into the fixing device body 1, and then fits the control ring 2 with the rear side of the fixing device body 1 so as to prevent the fixing device body 1 from seceding from the live butterfly body. In this case, the control ring 2 may be easily fitted with the rear side of the fixing device body 1, and the fixing device body 1 returns to an original state as soon as the control ring 2 has been fitted with the fixing device body 1.

In addition, the control ring 2 is gripped by the grip piece' 13 formed in the fixing device body 1, or stopped by the stoppers-. 15. Accordingly, the control ring 2 is prevented from seceding-, to the outside. In this manner, the live butterfly body has been inserted into the fixing device body 1. Then, the fixing device body 1 which has been coupled with the live butterfly body is disposed on the upper portion of natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., in which the magnet 3 which is attached to the metal piece 14 formed in the fixing device body 1 is disposed on the bottom of the natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., in order to fix the live butterfly to the natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc..

Accordingly, the live butterfly fixing device fixes the live butterfly to the natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses,

etc., through attraction between the magnet 3 and the metal piece 14. As a result, the live butterfly may show motion of its wings, to thereby make viewers feel animation and thus further heighten a decorative effect.

As described above, the present invention has been described with respect to particularly preferred embodiments. However, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, and it is possible for one who has an ordinary skill in the art to make various modifications and variations, without departing off the spirit of the present invention. Thus, the protective scope of the present invention is not defined within the detailed description- thereof but is defined by the claims to be described later and the technical spirit of the present invention.

As described above, the present invention may be applied to a live butterfly fixing device which is used to fix the live butterfly to natural flowers, floral tributes, hats, dresses, etc., to thereby make people feel animation of the live butterfly.
