Abstract:
A device for high-altitude push and vertical movement for 900t bridge girder erection machine, composed of a high-altitude carrier assembly (1.1), a locking device (2.1), and an auxiliary support leg stabilizer (3.1). The high-altitude carrier assembly (1.1) is mounted at a three-axis position of the front portion of a 900t beam transport vehicle (18); two sides of the locking device (2.1) are respectively connected to a 900t bridge girder erection machine main beam (19) and the high-altitude carrier assembly (1.1); the auxiliary support leg stabilizer (3.1) comprises a support rod (12) and hinge bases (11) at both ends of the support rod; and each hinged base has one end fixedly connected to a lower cover plate of the 900t bridge girder erection machine main beam (19), and the other end fixedly connected to a secondary telescopic sleeve of an auxiliary support leg of the 900t bridge girder erection machine to form a rigid leg. The present device overcomes the disadvantage of inability of an original 900t bridge girder erection machine to conduct carriage, vertical movement, and transfer between short-distance bridges during intercity concrete beam, special-shaped concrete beam, and special condition constructions due to changes in the cross-section of concrete beams, eliminates the need for disassembly, improves the adaptability of the original 900t bridge girder erection machine to different working conditions, and reduces the construction costs.
