Abstract:

A device for improving anti-fall safety protection of a feeder machine, comprising: a base (1). An upper portion of the base (1) is fixedly connected to a vertical column (3). A control box (2) is fixedly connected to one side of the vertical column (3). A gear (4) is provided within the vertical column (3), and a transmission chain (5) is provided on the gear (4). A movable block (51) is provided on the transmission chain (5), and fixedly connected to a feed container holder device (7). A feed container (8) is provided on the feed container holder device (7). An anti-fall safety protection device (6) is provided on a side of the vertical column (3). The anti-fall safety protection device (6) comprises a sliding frame recess (61), a connection arm (62), a pulley (63), a drive motor (64), a screw shaft (65), a pressing block (66), a friction ring (67), a conveyor belt (68), and a miniature power generator (69). The device for improving anti-fall safety protection of a feeder machine tightens, by means of rotation of the screw shaft, the friction ring to increase a friction force with a rotating shaft, and pushes, under the action of threads, the pressing block forward to press against the sliding frame recess, thus preventing a device from falling, avoiding accidents, and providing superior safety and protection to ensure safety of personnel and protect properties.
