Abstract:
A parameter estimation unit 106 estimates a space scale parameter and a noise variance parameter on the basis of a Gaussian process model so that a function expressing a value of aggregated data by regional integration of Gaussian process becomes maximum. The Gaussian process model expresses aggregated data in which regions obtained by division of a space are associated with values, expresses a plurality of aggregated data having different division granularity, and includes the space scale parameter of a correlation function between the regions of the aggregated data and the noise variance parameter of the correlation function. In the Gaussian process model including the estimated space scale parameter and the noise variance parameter, a high-resolution data calculation unit 111 performs regional integration for the value of the aggregated data, which is subject to resolution increasing processing, with the respective regions obtained by division of the space with granularity having higher resolution than that of the subject aggregated data, to thereby calculate high resolution data in which the resolution of the subject aggregated data is increased.
