Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical automation. A device for intelligently sorting workpieces by a robot, the device comprising a feeding support, wherein the top end of the feeding support is fixedly connected to a conveying belt; the bottom of the feeding support is fixedly connected to a mounting frame; the interior of the mounting frame is fixedly connected to a driving electric motor; a guide block is fixedly mounted on an output shaft of the driving electric motor; two ends of the feeding support are fixedly connected to feeding chutes; and the bottoms of the feeding chutes are provided with sorting supports. The advantages of the present invention lie in that, according to the device for intelligently sorting workpieces by a robot, workpieces at the top end of the feeding support are guided by means of the inclined guide block, so that the workpieces slide to the feeding chutes at the inclination angle of the guide block; and the inclination direction of the guide block is changed by means of the rotation of the driving electric motor, such that the guide block can intermittently guide the workpieces to the feeding chutes at the two ends, and therefore, the distance between the workpieces can be effectively increased, the workpiece sorting difficulty is reduced, and the workpieces can be conveniently sorted.
