Abstract:

The invention relates to a measuring device for monitoring the printing quality during the printing process in a printing press (1) which is used for processing sheet-shaped materials (705) that are to be printed and comprises at least one printing group (4, 5), a scanning apparatus (6) detecting the material (705) that is to be printed, and a computer (201, 200). The invention is characterized in that the sheet-shaped material (705) that is to be printed is guided past the scanning apparatus (6) by at least one sheet-guiding element (100,101).
