Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical machining. Disclosed is a device for machining a coupler knuckle pin hole, the device comprising a base plate. The top of the base plate is fixedly connected to a backing plate; an inner side of a left positioning rod is in threaded connection with a third screw; an inner side of a locking face positioning block is in threaded connection with a second screw; the left end of the second screw is fixedly connected to a fixing nut; the top of the locking face positioning block is in threaded connection with a fourth screw; and the right side of the locking face positioning block is fixedly connected to a right positioning rod. A recovery rod is movably connected to an outer side of the locking face positioning block, such that when a pressing sleeve is rotated by hand, after the locking face positioning block is adjusted, the fourth screw can be connected to the locking face positioning block by means of rotation, thereby serving a fixing function. The first screw is connected to a pressing rod bolt, such that a pressing block can be fixed above the backing plate; and an elastic washer is additionally provided between the backing plate and an adjusting nut, such that abrasion therebetween is prevented when the adjusting nut is attached to the backing plate.
