Abstract:
The present invention relates to the technical field of mechanical manufacturing, and provides a device for manufacturing a dielectric elastomer. The device comprises a manufacturing platform (10), a film forming device (20), an electrode printing and dyeing device (30), and a moving and carrying device (40). The moving and carrying device (40) comprises a support (41), a first moving and carrying mechanism (42), a second moving and carrying mechanism (43), and a third moving and carrying mechanism (44); the second moving and carrying mechanism (43) moves in the horizontal X direction by means of the first moving and carrying mechanism (42), the electrode printing and dyeing device (30) is mounted on the second moving and carrying mechanism (43) and moves in the vertical Z direction by means of the second moving and carrying mechanism (43), and the support (41) or the film forming device (20) moves in the horizontal Y direction by means of the third moving and carrying mechanism (44). An elastic film structure is formed on the surface of the film forming device (20); the electrode printing and dyeing device (30) is used for printing and dyeing an electrode pattern on the film structure, and then the two steps are repeated according to the actual number of film layers of the dielectric elastomer. According to the device for manufacturing the dielectric elastomer in the present application, the whole manufacturing process is simple, and the structure is also simpler.
