Abstract:
The present invention is provided with: a sheet-conveying device 10 whereby a sheet 201, in which a prescribed region of the reverse side of the sheet 201 from the front surface thereof is configured from a non-woven cloth, is conveyed along a conveying path L1; and a particulate-supplying device 40 for supplying particulates S to at least a part of the sheet 201. A raising device 30 for raising at least a part of the portion of the sheet 201 to which the particulates S are supplied is also provided at a position on the conveying path L1 that is upstream from the particulate-supplying device 40 in the conveying direction of the sheet 201.
