Abstract:
A device for manufacturing a stator according to the present disclosure comprises: a mounting table for mounting thereon a stator provided with a stator core which has a plurality of slots and a plurality of segment coils which are each inserted into slots; a lift mechanism for raising and lowering the mounting table; a twisting jig disposed above the mounting table and provided with insertion parts into which the tips of the segment coils exposed to an upper part of the stator core can be inserted; a twisting mechanism for rotating the twisting jig; and a separation jig that is disposed between the mounting table and the twisting jig and that presses, in a direction away from the twisting jig, the stator having the segment coils twisted through rotation of the twisting mechanism in a state where the tips are inserted into the insertion parts and separates the segment coils from the twisting jig.
