Abstract:
The present invention provides a technology relating to a device for measuring biometric information of a companion animal, the device comprising: a body part having a plate portion on which a companion animal steps; an inducing means which is provided at one side of the plate portion to induce the companion animal to hold a position for a given time in a predefined target area; a plurality of electrode units which are provided on the plate portion; and a processor unit which measures biometric information of the companion animal on the basis of signals output from the electrodes units. According to the present invention as described above, there is an advantage in that biometric information of a companion animal can be accurately measured and thus it is possible to identify the health condition of the companion animal and provide the companion animal with a healthy life.
