Abstract:
The present invention provides a method, for 3D modeling an organ by means of image segmentation, performed by a device. A method for 3D modeling an organ by means of image segmentation comprises the steps of: receiving an input of medical image data of a particular body organ of a subject; setting a region of interest with respect to the body organ on the basis of the medical image data; forming one or more blocks corresponding to the region of interest; setting a segmentation algorithm for each block; generating first image data items for 3D modeling of parts comprised in each of the blocks on the basis of the algorithm set for the respective blocks; and generating three-dimensional second image data of the entire body organ by merging the first image data items.
