Abstract:
A device and a method for automatically detecting a cigarette (100), being capable of automatically detecting whether the cigarette (100) is inserted into a heating piece (1) to control the turning on and off of the heating piece (1), and being energy-saving and safe. Said device comprises: a cigarette holder (12) for placing the cigarette (100), one end of the cigarette holder (12) being provided with a first opening (121) for inserting the cigarette (100), and the other end of the cigarette holder being provided with a second opening (122) for inserting the heating piece (1), and a heating wire (101) being attached to the heating piece (1); a sampling circuit (2) which is electrically connected to the heating piece (1) and used for monitoring the resistance of the heating wire (101) in real time to generate a sampling signal; a controller (4) which is connected to the sampling circuit (2) and used for receiving the sampling signal and generating a control signal according to the sampling signal, the controller (4) comprising a memory, and a resistance-time correspondence map associated with the heating wire (101) being stored in the memory; and a shutdown circuit (3) which is connected to the sampling circuit (2) and the controller (4) and used for controlling the turning on and off of the heating wire (101) according to the control signal.
