Abstract:
A device and a method for controlling a Bluetooth connection are disclosed. The device for controlling a Bluetooth connection comprises: a Bluetooth communication unit including a first connection mode processing unit for processing a connection scheme of a first connection mode during Bluetooth communication and a second connection mode processing unit for processing a connection scheme of a second connection mode during the Bluetooth communication; and a processor that checks a current mode indicating a current Bluetooth connection mode if a Bluetooth connection event is detected, determines whether or not to connect to a connection target device in the first connection mode or in the second connection mode in consideration of the current mode and a connection mode supported by the connection target device, and causes a Bluetooth connection.
