The present invention relates to a device and a method for designing customized logistics flows in order to manage the flow of logistics in accordance with various types of logistics equipment. A method for designing logistics flows comprises steps in which: a plurality of regions are divided and displayed on the screen of a display unit and a plurality of logistics equipment icons are displayed in a first region from among the plurality of regions; the logistics equipment icons are copied from the first region to a second region from among the plurality of regions by the control of a user; registration information about the logistics equipment icons copied to the second region are inputted; in-ports and out-ports are connected between the logistics equipment icons in order to set logistics flows between the logistics equipment icons into which the registration information has been inputted; and the registration information and connection information are stored when the connections between the in-ports and the out-ports are completed, wherein the logistics equipment icons correspond to control modules having set predetermined standard functions of the logistics equipment, and logistics flows using the logistics equipment are designed according to the connections between the in-ports and the out-ports.
