Abstract:
The invention relates to a device and to a method for at least partially electrically discharging dielectric surfaces (30), especially surfaces of plastic films, paper webs or plastic threads. To this end, a plasma device (1) generates a plasma in at least one plasma region (12, 40) by means of micro-structure discharges. The dielectric surface (30) is introduced into the plasma zone (12, 40) by means of a supply device (2) and is temporarily subjected to the generated plasma for electric discharge.
