Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing automobile wheels, the device comprising: a fixing part; a driving part, mounted on the fixing part, which moves up and down; a guide support part which is mounted on the driving part to adjust the height thereof, and on which a wheel part is guided to be seated; and a support part, mounted on the fixing portion, which supports the inside of the wheel part; a heating part for heating the wheel part for flow forming the wheel part; and a forming part which is in contact with the outside of the wheel part and moves along the support part to process the wheel part. The present invention can reduce the weight of the wheel part while improving the strength thereof.
