Abstract:
The present technical solution relates to the technical field of metallurgical materials, and particularly relates to a device for preparing metal or alloy powder. The device comprises: at least one guide assembly and a drive mechanism (6); the guide assembly comprises: a first substrate (1) and a second substrate (2); the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) are stacked and attached to each other and are fixed; the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) are provided vertically; an accommodation chamber is provided in the middle of the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2); the first substrate (1) is provided with a guide groove I (1-1); the second substrate (2) is provided with a guide groove II (2-1); the guide groove I (1-1) and the guide groove II (2-1) form a guide channel; one end of the guide channel is in communication with the accommodation chamber, and the other end thereof is in communication with outer edges of the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2); when the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) are stacked and attached to each other, an airflow channel is formed between an airflow groove I (1-2) and an airflow groove II; one end of the airflow channel is in communication with the guide channel, and the other end thereof is in communication with the outer edges of the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2); and the drive mechanism (6) is in transmission connection with the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2), so as to drive the first substrate (1) and the second substrate (2) to rotate.
