Abstract:
Disclosed is a device for producing type-II anhydrite by means of thermal coupling. The device comprises a drying device (2), a fluidized reactor (3), a cyclone reactor (4) and a cooling unit that are sequentially connected, wherein the cooling unit comprises at least one stage of a cooling device; and a cold source outlet of the cooling unit is independently connected to gas inlets of the drying device (2), the fluidized reactor (3) and the cyclone reactor (4). The gypsum material is subjected to stage-by-stage calcination by utilizing different characteristics of the device, a controlled reaction is performed, and multi-stage cooling is then performed to obtain a type-II anhydrite product.
