Abstract:
This device for diagnosing a valve system, which includes a control valve, a servo valve for driving the control valve, and at least one servo module for sending a control signal based on an aperture command value for the control valve to the servo valve, comprises: at least one aperture detection unit configured so as to detect the actual aperture of the control valve; and a diagnostic unit configured so as to acquire from the aperture detection unit the detected value of the actual aperture of the control valve once a diagnostic aperture command value has been inputted to said at least one servo module, and to diagnose any abnormality in the valve system on the basis of the detected value. The diagnostic aperture command value changes in a multi-step manner between a maximum aperture and a minimum aperture by way of one or more intermediate opening degrees.
