Abstract:
The present disclosure generally relates to a wireless resource allocation of a base station in a wireless communication system, and an operating method of a base station comprises the steps of: determining a buffer state estimation value of a terminal on the basis of whether the terminal is in an uplink voice section; allocating an uplink wireless resource for the terminal on the basis of the buffer state estimation value; and transmitting information on the allocated uplink wireless resource to the terminal.
