A device and a method are provided for separately-loading objects into packages. The device separately-loading objects (300) into packages (301), comprises: a separating assembly (101) adapted to separate the objects (300) fetched from a hopper (105); a first conveyor (102) adapted to receive and transport the objects (300) separated by the separating assembly (101); a detecting assembly (103) adapted to obtain detected data about the objects (300) transported on the first conveyor (102); a controller adapted to determine tangling information indicating whether the objects (300) are tangled together and to determine target objects to be loaded into the packages (301) at least based on the tangling information; and a loading assembly (104) adapted to load the target objects (300) into the packages (301). Within the separating assembly (101) and the loading assembly (104), some kinds of objects (300) prone to entanglement, and thus relying on manual packaging can be loaded into the packages (301) automatically. In this way, the packaging efficiency can be significantly improved while ensuring the product hygiene by eliminating hand contact.
