A device for separating natural killer cells according to an embodiment of the present invention may comprise: a rotatable disc body; and a plurality of chambers provided on the disc body to be connected to each other, and configured to separate natural killer cells from blood by using a density gradient material and a centrifugal force generated when the disc body is rotated.
