Abstract:
This device (100) for molding a fiber-reinforced composite material comprises a mold, a bagging film for sealing a fiber base material (FB1) in the mold to form a closed space, a suction line for depressurizing the closed space, and a resin injection line for injecting a resin material RM into the fiber base material FB1. The mold has: a main body having a main groove (21a) that is connected to the resin injection line and that extends along the longitudinal direction, transverse grooves (21b) that extend along the width direction (WD) and that are formed at a plurality of positions in the longitudinal direction, and a stepped portion (21c) that is disposed between the main groove (21a) and the transverse grooves (21b) and that extends along the longitudinal direction; and a lid (22) that forms a portion of a molding surface (20b) and that is disposed in contact with the stepped portion (21c) so as to cover the main groove (21a) and extend along the longitudinal direction. The main body has connecting grooves (21d) for connecting the main groove (21a) and the transverse grooves (21b).
