The present invention relates to a device for notifying an emergency situation using a smart key, characterized by comprising: a smart key which is interlocked with a start control of a vehicle and a user terminal and transmits data; a sensor module which is installed in the smart key and recognizes a fingerprint of a user and checks a heart rate; the user terminal in which an application provided from a management server is installed and which is interlocked with the smart key; the management server which determines an emergency situation and reports on behalf of a user on the basis of the data provided from the user terminal through an Internet network or a mobile communication network, wherein a biosensor is installed on the smart key, the fingerprint of the user is recognized in case of the emergency situation, the data is applied to the management server of a health management system, a current situation of the user is notified to a police station and a fire station for the user, and the user can respond according to the emergency situation, so that there is an effect of the user being able to safely operate the vehicle, as well as, in normal times, authorize the data from the user terminal to the management server of the health management system to manage health care on the basis of the data, thereby safely operating the vehicle.
