Abstract:
Provided is a device for online monitoring of a real-time temperature of a hydrostatic spindle (3). The spindle (3) is supported by a stationary hydrostatic bearing (2) and a hydrostatic radial bearing (4), and the two bearings (2, 4) are located at the same level to ensure the concentricity of the spindle (3). Temperature sensors (5) are threaded to the hollow spindle (3). The position of each temperature sensor (5) corresponds to a center position on each oil cavity (8) of the hydrostatic bearing (2) and the hydrostatic radial bearing (4), and the temperature sensors (5) are connected to a data acquisition card (1) in the interior of the hollow spindle (3). The data acquisition card (1) is externally connected to an industrial computer (7). When the spindle (3) operates, oil enters the hydrostatic bearing (2) and the hydrostatic radial bearing (4) through a throttling orifice (10), and effluent oil returns to an oil tank through an oil return chute (9) such that the spindle (3) operates in a suspended state; as operating time accumulates, the temperature in the oil cavities (8) changes; and at this point, the temperature sensors (5) transmit data to the data acquisition card (1) and then to the industrial computer (7), and the industrial computer (7) can monitor a change in temperature in real time. The device for online monitoring of a real-time temperature of a hydrostatic spindle (3) can realize real-time online monitoring of the temperature of the hydrostatic spindle (3).
