Abstract:
A base section of a first arm (12) is connected to a device body (11) so as to be rotatable about a first rotation axis (L1). A base section of a second arm (13) is connected to a head section of the first arm (12) so as to be rotatable about a second rotation axis (L2) that is parallel to the first rotation axis (L1). Between the device body (11) and the first arm (12) is provided a helical compression spring (14) that urges the first arm (12) to the closed position side when the arm is between a neutral position and a closed position and to the open position side when the arm is between the neutral position and an open position. The helical compression spring (14) is disposed at a position between the first and second rotation axes (L1, L2), on a line (L) orthogonal to the axes.
