Abstract:
The invention relates to the production of magnetic anistropy during the manufacture of magnetic layers.Said anistropy results in a set distribution both inside and along the layer. A magnet system is provided with at least three electromagnets (9) whose dipole axes are at least approximately parallel to the positioning plane of a coated disk-shaped substrate and which form a closed surface (F) when seen from a perpendicular position in relation to the above-mentioned positioning plane.
