Abstract:
An output device (100, 200, 500, 610) for outputting a drive signal to a surgical instrument (620), and a surgical system. The output device (100, 200, 500, 610) comprises: an ultrasonic energy source (110, 611) and a high-frequency electrical energy source (120, 612) positioned in the same casing, a signal port (130, 613), an ultrasonic signal acquisition circuit (140, 614), a high-frequency electrical signal acquisition circuit (150, 615), and a control module (160, 616). The control module (160, 616) is used for obtaining an adjustment parameter on the basis of a feedback signal and, on the basis of the adjustment parameter, controlling the ultrasonic energy source (110, 611) and the high-frequency electrical energy source (120, 612) to output a drive signal. The surgical instrument (620) comprises one or more of an ultrasonic electrosurgical knife, an ultrasonic scalpel (621), a monopolar electrotome (622) and a bipolar electrotome. The ultrasonic energy source (110, 611) and the high-frequency electrical energy source (120, 612) are packaged in the same casing of the output device (100, 200, 500, 610), so that the output device (100, 200, 500, 610) can simultaneously drive the ultrasonic surgical instrument and the high-frequency electrosurgical instrument, thereby saving device space, avoiding additional cost, facilitating control, and helping to improve surgical efficiency and achieve better surgical effects.
