Abstract:
A device for peeling yam comprising a peeling can (2) with a shaft driven by an electric motor (1), wherein the peeling can (2) lined with a flexible material (4) and a flexible peeler sheet (3) is put over the yam and rotates over the yam to peel the yam which is placed on the frame base (5) with restrictor blades (6) piercing through the yam to ensure rigid stance.
