Abstract:
[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to speedily and efficiently: prevent the occurrence of mold by spraying hydrogen water onto agricultural produce; and perform a mold sterilization process using ozone gas and a process of breaking down ethylene gas generated after cultivation of the agricultural produce. [Solution] A device for processing agricultural produce, characterized in being provided with an atmospheric pressure plasma generation device for simultaneously performing ozone processing and a process of breaking down ethylene gas.
