Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a piercing device which makes it possible to easily pull out a piercing needle that has been inserted into a workpiece. A piercing device 100 for piercing holes in the surface of a workpiece P solves the aforementioned problem by comprising: a mounting table 100c on which the workpiece P is placed; a piercing head 100a for opening holes in the workpiece P placed on the mounting table 100c; and a piercing head movement mechanism 10b which advances/retreats the piercing head 100a relative to the mounting table 100c. The piercing head 100a includes a base member 110, a plurality of piercing needles 130 fixed to the base member 110, and a needle penetration member 120 having a plurality of needle penetration holes 120b through which the plurality of piercing needles 130 can penetrate.
