Abstract:
The inventive device consists of a press provided with a plunger (1), a table (2) provided with guides, a carrier (4) mounted on said table and provided with at least two middle (5) and two lateral (6, 7) posts, two spinnerets (8, 9), two containers (10, 11) for reinforced rubber articles, two units (12a, 12b) for loading said containers, a khife for cutting remaining rubber from the lower planes of the spinnerets, two guiding toothed bars (14, 15) which are used as autonomous spinneret turning units independent of the carrier motion, two spinneret fixing elements (16), retaining straps arranged on the middle and lateral posts of the carrier (4) on the internal sides thereof and a unit (19) for removing reprocessed material. The spinneret fixing elements (16) are disposed on the middle posts (5) of the carrier symmetrically with respect to the guiding table (2), each fixing element (16) being embodied in the form of a tab (16). The spinneret (8, 9) is mounted between the posts with the aid of half-shafts in such a way that it is reciprocatingly movable along the table (2). Each spinneret (8, 9) is provided with cams (23) for interacting by the working surfaces thereof with the fixing elements (16).
