The present invention may provide a device for pressurizing a pressure pad sensor, and a calibration method capable of calibrating an output value of a sensing node into a reliable pressure value by using the device for pressurizing a pressure pad sensor, wherein the device for pressurizing a pressure pad sensor comprises: a pressurizing unit including a node pressurizing unit that is provided so as to descend from a predetermined height and come into contact with one sensing node, and a weight loading unit provided on an upper portion of the node pressurizing unit so as to transfer a load of a weight to the node pressurizing unit; a support frame that supports the pressurizing unit at a predetermined height; a first driving unit that moves the pressurizing unit in a first direction or in a reverse direction thereof; a second driving unit that moves the pressurizing unit in a second direction or in a reverse direction thereof; and a third driving unit that lifts and lowers the pressurizing unit relative to the pressure pad sensor.
