The present device provides a device for preventing premature ejaculation, comprising: a silicone ring tightly fitted into the lower end portion of a glans part and caught by the jaw portion of the glans part; a circular cap in which a discharge hole is formed; at least two linear silicone frames spaced apart from each other and forming therein a receiving space for the glans part by being connected from the silicone ring to the outer peripheral surface of the circular cap; a silicone insert part formed in a cylindrical shape and having an insertion hole into which the urethra is inserted, the silicone insert part connected in the downward direction from the circular cap toward the silicone ring so that the insertion hole is connected to the discharge hole, and protruding in the radial direction on the outer peripheral surface of the receiving space; and a stainless steel support part which is inserted into the inside of the side wall of the silicone insert part, wherein the silicone ring, the circular cap, the silicone frame and the silicone insert part are integrally formed with one another, and thus the present device provides an advantageous effect of an ejaculation reflex being delayed by the silicone insert part stimulating the inside of the urethra.
