Abstract:
The invention relates to the food industry. In order to reduce sales expenses and preserve the taste of beer, the inventive device is provided with i-number of communication units for operationally connecting and disconnecting i-number of units for after fermentation. Each unit for after fermentation is embodied in such a way that it is transportable, thermally insulated, hermetic, protected from a mixture of deposited yeast with non filtrated beer during transportation and can be connected to a cooling system arranged at a point of sale or a bottle filing site.
