Abstract:
A device for producing a higher heating value biomass fuel using agricultural and forest residues, comprising a temperature sensor (8), a drying drum motor (12), and a machine frame (18). A motor (17) is provided at the lower part in the machine frame (18). A driving wheel (19) is provided on the left end of the motor (17). A screening bin (22) is provided above the motor (17). A circular roller (20) is provided in the screening bin (22). A filtering net (16) is provided below the circular roller (20). A crushing bin (1) is provided above the machine frame (18). The temperature sensor (8) is mounted at the upper part in a drying drum (9). The drying drum motor (12) is mounted below the drying drum (9). A solenoid valve (3) is provided for achieving automatic feed, controlling the feed amount, and achieving automation. The drying unit is of a drum structure so that biomass fuels are rolled in the drum and are heated more uniformly. The dried biomass fuels are delivered by means of reverse rotation of the motor (12). The present invention is simple and convenient to operate, secure, and practical.
