Abstract:
The present invention provides a device provided with a micro-nano optical structure on the surface, and a preparation method therefor. The device comprises a supporting body and a micro-nano optical structure combined with a bearing surface of the supporting body; the micro-nano optical structure comprises a surface plasmon polariton resonance structure defined by nano-openings on a metal thin film, and metal nanocaps; when a light wave is incident on the micro-nano optical structure from the direction of the supporting body, surface plasmon polariton resonance along the side of the metal thin film facing away from the supporting body can be excited. According to the present invention, by means of the metal nanocaps, the micro-nano optical structure can be prepared on a substrate having low binding force to metal, and peeled off and transferred to the supporting body, wherein the metal nanocaps can be retained or removed according to requirements; in addition, the micro-nano optical structure can further comprise a Fabry-Perot microcavity provided between the supporting body and the surface plasmon polariton resonance structure, and the surface plasmon polariton resonance structure is coupled to the Fabry-Perot microcavity, so as to achieve surface plasmon polariton sensing having a high signal-to-noise ratio.
