Description:
Device for provocation of the increased intrauterine pressure

Field of the Invention

The invention relates to the device for provocation of the increased intrauterine pressure by which it is possible to fill the uterus with a suitable physiological filling in such a way that the pressure of the intrauterine filling can be easily regulated from the outside. The invention serves for a mechanical contraception and further on for a passive pressure extension of the unstriped uterine muscles by which there are subsequently provoked their depleting contractions. The provocation of depleting contractions of the uterine musculature serves for excersising the strength and co-ordination of uterine contractions which is suitable especially for women who have not borne a child yet and they want to be prepared not only for actual pregnancy, but also for delivery of a child, and this also serves for making woman ' s orgasm easy to reach.

Background to the Invention

The hitherto mechanical contraceptives (for example condom or pesary) are used as barriers preventing the sperm from penetration into the uterus. Besides a lower degree of contraceptive reliability, these contraceptives can act disturbingly during the actual copulation.

Although we know that the emptying contractions of the uterus are the essence of both deUvery and woman ' s orgasm, any aid has not existed up to now which would enable women to train co-ordination and strength of the uterine musculature contractions which have the absolutely fundamental meaning both for healthy psychosexual ripeness of adolescent girls and women and for their proper preparation for a really natural, spontaneous and painless deUvery.

Description of the Invention

The essence of the device for provocation of the increased intrauterine pressure, which purpose is to make the walls extension of the intrauterine cavity by a suitable filling possible, consists of the intrauterine bulb-blower for a Uquid or gas, which cavity communicates with a duct of at least one bulb-blower hose on which length there is seated one valve for the pressure regulation in this intrauterine bulb-blower and which serves for its filling or emptying.

By means of the hose and valves we can fill the cavity of the intrauterine bulb-blower located inside the uterus with a physiologicaUy suitable Uquid or gas. In the filling process, a corresponding valve serves for preventing the filling from spontaneous leakage out of the bulb-blower. The pressure of the filling and the volume of the bulb-blower are graduaUy increased during the filling process by which there are graduaUy expanded (dilated) fibres of the uterine walls smooth muscles.

According to physiological laws, when a degree of expansion of the uterine walls smooth muscles exceeds a certain limit, a contraction of these muscles sets in at that moment for ύie purpose of the intrauterine content expulsion as during the deUvery. The contraction of the uterine walls musculature further increases the pressure inside of the intrauterine bulb-blower. Provided that contractions of the uterine muscles are sufficiently strong, they will cause such an increase of the pressure in the intrauterine bulb-blower, which will open die valve for its emptying. In consequence of the emptying valve opening, ϋbe filling of the bulb-blower then will leak through the hose out of the bulb-blower.

The optimum intrauterine pressure excited by contractions of the uterine walls muscles during die deUvery ranges between 4,65 - 7,3 1 kPa (34,8 - 54,8 mm Hg). That is why the highest value of the pressure inside of the intrauterine bulb-blower, which exceeding will cause the opening of the emptying valve, ought to be set in the range of 4,0 - 6,0 kPa, it means about 30,0 - 45,0 mm Hg.

The consequence of the fact, that in the length of the bulb-blower hose there is located at least one valve for the pressure regulation of the filling in the intrauterine bulb-blower which serves also for its filling and emptying, there is also a possibility not only to fill the intrauterine bulb-blower whenever by means of the corresponding valve from the outside, but also to discharge it from the outside whenever.

In view of the fact that the device for the increase of the intrauterine pressure serves for provocation of the depleting contractions of the uterine unstriped musculature which are the essence of woman's orgasm, a driving force of a miscarriage and a spontaneous delivery of a foetus, it means that this device serves for:

a) As an aid for exciting the orgasm at ingravid women, b) As an aid for a regular predehvery training of the uterine contractions co-ordination and strength at ingravid women for the purpose of die best possible preparation for the later painless and spontaneous emptying of the uterus during the deUvery, c) As an aid for provocation of a spontaneous abortion (miscarriage) at gravid women.

In view of the fact that the intrauterine bulb-blower located in the uterine cavity is a serious barrier for the sperm which is situated at the back vaginal vault (cul-de-sac) on its way to die woman ' s ovum located in the Fallopiant tube, it means tiiat die device for die increase of the intrauterine pressure serves as a mechanical contraception.

With the location of the intrauterine bulb-blower in the uterine cavity, die bulb-blower hose has such a length which in its fuUy stretched state will juts out of the vagina in such a distance which enables woman herself to regulate die pressure of tie filling in her intrauterine bulb-blower. The hose is made of die elastic material which makes possible its rolling up so that it could not prevent from a copulation.

With regard to the fact mat the uterus of an adult hidierto unbearing woman has the average length 7 - 9 cm and her vagina has the average length 7 - 10 cm, die shortest length of die intrauterine bulb-blower hose necessary for jutting out of the vagina ought to range between 10 - 15 cm.

In consequence of the fact that die bulb-blower hose has such a length which enables a woman to regulate easily the pressure of die filling in her intrauterine bulb-blower, a women is entirely self-sufficient when using this device, what is important especiaUy widi regard to die assurance of intimacy and privacy in her sexual Ufe and also for die fact tiiat she reaches her orgasm independently on the fact whether she has a stable partner or not.

Because of the fact that the bulb-blower hose is made of die elastic mateπal which makes possible its rolling mto the vagina so that it could not prevent from copulation, die copulation is of a full-value without any sensauonal detriment which is excited by the use of other means of mechamcal contraception as condom or pesary Further on an underwear can be comfortably worn because it is not in the contact widi die bulb-blower hose roUed up in the vagina

Before die actual introduction of the intrauterine bulb-blower mto die uterus, tins bulb- blower witii the hose and valves are located mto die guide tube which serves for die introduction of the intrauterine bulb-blower mto the uterus when the telescopic rod, which also serves for the introduction of die intrauterine bulb-blower mto the uterus, is freely inserted inside the full length of die intrauterine hose duct

In consequence of die device arrangement descπbed in die previous paragraph tiiere is a possibdity of a comfortable and quick mtroduction of me intrauterine bulb-blower mto die uterus by such a way that after die dilation of the uteπne throat (cervix) by a suitable ddator we first introduce the guide tube mto uteπne cavity so mat the intrauterine bulb- blower located m this tube wdl be directed to die uteπne fundus (fundus uteπ)

After the introduction of the mbe up to stop, we will push by one hand to die telescopic rod by which we are holding the intrauterine bulb-blower m the uteπne cavity while by die odier hand we gradually puU die guide mbe out of the uterus After slipping the guide tube out of die uteπne throat, die uteπne uϊroat will be closed and it will prevent the bulb-blower from supping out of die uteπne cavity After the closure of die uteπne diroat we will pull die guide rube out of the vagina After pulling die guide tube we will pull the telescopic rod out of die bulb-blower hose

After pulling the telescopic rod out. the intrauterine bulb-blower is located in the uterus, but untd it is filled it can be easily puUed out of me uterus by pulling at die bulb-blower hose For fixation of me intrauterine bulb-blower in die uterus for die purpose of its further use we must fill it at least partially with a suitable Uquid or gas witii die syringe set on die bulb-blower hose

Provided a woman wants to remove the intrauterine bulb-blower out of me uterus, she acts reversaly, m means mat first of aU she sucks off the filling m the intrauterine bulb- blower with die syringe and afterwards, when die emptied bulb-blower is entirely

deflated. she will grasp die bulb-blower hose and she will pull it even with die mtrauteπne bulb-blower out of the uterus and vagina

On the enclosed picture there is schematicaUy illustrated a model presentation of the device for provocation of die mcreased mtrauteπne pressure accordmg to the mvention

Examples

On die picture there is illustrated a model execution of die device for provocation of die mcreased mtrauteπne pressure which purpose is to make possible die expansion of me mtrauteπne cavity walls with a suitable filling and which consists of the mtrauteπne bulb- blower I for hquid or gas which cavity communicates with the duct of just one bulb- blower hose 2 m which course (length) diere are seated just two valves 3a and 3b for die pressure regulation of the filhng in tins mtrauteπne bulb-blower \ from which die first valve 3a serves for its filhng while die otiier one 3b serves for its emptying

In other cases die intrauterine bulb-blower \_ can be equipped with more than one bulb- blower hose 2, for example with two hoses 2 from which one serves only for filhng while die otiier one serves only for emptying this bulb-blower I

In other cases it is also possible that the bulb-blower hose 2 is equipped only with one valve 3 which serves both for filling and for emptying the intrauterine bulb-blower 1 or witii the set of more than two valves 3a and 3b which supply both these functions m a mumal cooperation

In practice it is always important for the shape and dimensions of the intrauteπhe bulb- blower to be at least of a similar shape and dimensions of die uteπne cavity

The model execution of die device for provocation of the mcreased mtrauteπne pressure is characteπsed by the fact that the bulb-blower hose 2 has the length 35 cm which in its wholly stretched state juts out of die vagme 5 Even when on the picture of the model execution of die device for the mcrease of the mtrauteπne pressure it is not sufficiently recognisable mat the bulb-blower hose 2 juts out of the vagme at least 15 - 20 cm, it means such a distance (length) which enable a woman to regulate the filhng pressure m her mtrauteπne bulb-blower \ comfortably and according to her needs But m other cases the bulb-blower hose 2 can be of a longer or shorter length than the exemplary chosen

length 35 cm. In the mentioned exemplary execution, die bulb-blower hose 2 is made of die elastic mateπal which makes possible its rolling m the vagina mto the shape of an elastic spiral so that it could not prevent from copulation

The model (exemplary) execution of die device for provocation of the increased mtrauteπne pressure can be characterised as die device where before die actual mtroduction of die mtrauteπne bulb-blower \ mto the uterus 4, this bulb-blower 1 with the hose 2 and at least with one valve (3/3a. 3b) are located inside of die guide mbe 8 which serves for the mtroduction of die mtrauteπne bulb-blower I mto die uterus 4, when inside of the whole length of the bulb-blower hose duct 2 there is freely inserted the telescopic rod 7, which also serves for die mtroduction of the mtrauteπne bulb-blower I mto the uterus 4 The additional parts of the device for provocation of die mcreased mtrauteπne pressure, it means the gmde tube 8 and the telescopic rod 7, are illustrated on the enclosed picture as weU

Technical utilisation

The device for the mcrease of the mtrauterme pressure serves partly for the filhng of die uteπne cavity and partly also for provocation of emptying contractions of die uterus, and therefore it is suitable a) as means of a mechamcal contraception effectively preventing the sperm located m the vagina from its penetration through the uteπne cavity to die woman s ovum located in die FaUobian tube, b) as an aid for exciting orgasm at ungravid women, c) as an aid for a regular predeUvery training of the strength and co-ordination of uteπne contractions at ungravid women for the purpose of the best possible constitutional preparation for a later painless and spontaneous emptying of the uterus duπng die delivery, d) as an aid pro provocation of a spontaneous abortion (miscarπage) at gravid women
