A device for quick drying comprises: a base (100); an air bag (200) provided at the base (100), garment being sleeved onto the air bag (200); and a drying device for blowing drying air into the air bag (200). The air bag (200) has a position-limiting structure (202) preventing slipping of the garment after inflation of the air bag. The structure prevents the garment from slipping relative to the inflated air bag (200), such that a drying speed is not affected by folds in the garment, thereby preventing the garment from creases resulting from folds caused by slipping. Also provided is a control method of the device for quick drying, comprising: measuring, by a moisture measurement device (900), a degree of moisture of garment; transmitting moisture information to a control device (702); and determining, by the control device (702), and according to the moisture information, a degree of drying of the garment, and controlling operation of a drying device.
