Abstract:
The present invention relates to a device for removing oxidation rust included in scrap iron which had been left for a long time, and more particularly, to a rust removal automation device which can facilitate the reuse of scrap iron by separating the oxidation rust formed on the scrap iron normally collected as waste. A device for removing oxidation rust included in scrap iron comprises a series of devices, wherein an injection device (300) quantitatively injects scrap iron through a first filtering device (100) which first separates impurities, the injected scrap iron is conveyed through a conveyor belt (500) which is provided with an electromagnet (510) at one side of the lower portion thereof, rust is separated through a rust separation device (700) which has a rotary brush (701), and rust is further filtered through a second filtering device (900) again such that the scrap iron is automatically collected in a scrap iron collection case (910).
