Abstract:
In a device for attachment/detachment and replacement of an electric bulb, a chuck tool is integrally attached to the upper end of a long handling bar with holding arms directed upward. The device has the chuck tool having at least three vertically elongated holding arms (la, lb, 1c) and a circular tube-like arm holder (2). In the chuck tool, the holding arms (la, lb, 1c) are vertically attached at equal circumferential intervals to the lower end of the arm holder (2) so as to be pivotable at their respective pivot pins (3a, 3b, 3c). Tension springs (4a, 4b, 4c) are arranged between the adjacent holding arms (la, lb, 1c) at positions near and above the portions pivotally supported by the pivot pins (3a, 3b, 3c). A support base (5) for receiving and supporting a glass bulb at its top surface is installed on the upper end of the arm holder (2). The support base (5) is allowed to project or retract from the upper end of the arm holder (2) by an extension spring (51) installed in the tube of the arm holder (2).
