A device for rotating a magnet by non-magnetic moving conductor and the method thereof, the method comprises arranging, near a non-magnetic movable conductor, a magnet with rotational shaft, rotating the magnet around the rotational shaft by moving the non-magnetic moveable conductor relate to the said magnet; the device comprises a fixed base, a non-magnetic moveable conductor on the fixed base, a magnet near the non-magnetic moveable conductor and a rotational shaft on the magnet, the rotational shaft is fastened on the frame of fixed base. In the device that rotate the magnet by the interaction between the inductive magnet field of the moving conductor and the magnet field of the magnet, the magnet need not contact the moveable conductor, and can be used for developing a new type driver, sensor and demo for the interaction principle between a permanent magnet and a non-magnetic moving conductor. It can be widely used for external driver for nanometer robot in the blood vessel, an external charger for a heart pacemaker permanently embedded in body and non-contact wheel drove dynamo of bike or other automobile which need non-contact driving.
