Abstract:
For example, when building or modifying a robot system having a function to select an operation mode of a robot, it may be desired to change equipment for which the function is enabled. Conventionally, in order to change the equipment for which such function is enabled, it has been necessary to add software or change settings, resulting in a complicated work for building or modifying the robot system. A device 110 for switching equipment 14, 16, 18, 20 having a function to select an operation mode of a robot 12 comprises an equipment switching unit 114 that switches the equipment 14, 16, 18, 20 for which the function is enabled, from a first tool 14, 16, 18 to a second tool 20.
