Abstract:
The present utility model relates to a device and system for threading a cable into a thin pipe attached to an electrically heated pipeline, for use in solving the problems in the prior art such as low efficiency and high threading difficulty. The technical solution used in the present utility model is that: a threading device comprises a base and paired motors which are detachably provided on the base, each motor being provided with a cable clamping transmission wheel, the two cable clamping transmission wheels being oppositely arranged, and wireless switches being provided on the motors and used for receiving control signals. A plurality of threading devices, a plurality of pairs of pulleys, and guiding heads, etc. form a system. The present invention has the effects that: each threading device can be detached from a pipeline under the condition that a cable moves, is manually carried by using a special bearing assembly, and then is mounted on the pipeline in front to wait for arrival of the cable, such that a mode that a plurality of threading devices are arranged at multiple points along the pipeline and are threaded in a relay manner is formed, thereby achieving the objective of efficient and feasible threading.
